Simon Barr
Simon brings 20 years of fleet and leasing experience to our public sector team. He takes a consultative approach to ensure that his public sector customers select the right vehicles and funding methods for their fleet requirements. Simon is passionate about working with his customers to help them run greener fleets and make informed decisions as they start to make the move to fully electrified cars and LCVs.

Bernard Tomkins
Bernard joined ALD in 2014 and is a public sector procurement specialist with over 20 years of experience within the vehicle leasing industry. He previously set up successful public sector sales teams for Arval and Northgate before joining ALD. One of Bernard's key strengths is working collaboratively with public sector bodies in order to develop robust joint strategies that are proven to save money and reduce driver risk.
